The program allows you to segregate documents by subcategories.
The first thing is to select a Category in the list by clicking on it. In this category, our subcategory will be added. Then click on the Add subcategory button below the list. The window that appears contains the Category name field for its name. After filling in, click the Add button. A new subcategory has been added.
From the list of categories click on the plus sign next to the Category for which you want to edit the subcategories. Then select a subcategory and click on the Edit category button. A window will appear with a Category name field in which you can update the name, and then click the Update button. The name of the subcategory has been changed.
In the list of categories, select the main branch. Then, by clicking on the plus sign next to the Category, the view of the subcategories. Click on the subcategory you want to delete and then click on the Delete category button. The program will ask you if you are sure you want to delete the item. Click on the Yes button. A category has been deleted and cannot be restored.
All files in the sub-category have been moved to the Trash folder. Use this folder to restore or delete items permanently.
