phpBlueDragon DMS

Tool designed to collect and describe documents. When you work in the office, you'll have big collection of documents or you want to scan documents in some logical way, phpBlueDrgon DMS is the ideal solution.

Documents can be catalogued in cases where you can add sub-categories where there is space for your documents. Thanks to this sorting, you will immediately know where the document you are looking for is located. This is a better way to find out what it contained than by searching through dozens of binders on the shelves to find its content. Additionally, these documents can be signed with a certificate, so you can be sure that they have been saved in the program by you.

There are two versions of the program. The first one has the possibility of installation on your computer, which you will be able to call up through the Start menu. The second version is the so-called portable version. For example, you can create your own document collection on an encrypted disk using TrueCrypt, VirtualCrypt or any other technology.

The program is small and does not need huge resources of the system. It gives you the ability to view your files and restore them after they have been deleted.
